These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and PanelPro ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of PanelPro software products. By accessing or using PanelPro, you agree to these Terms.
1. What PanelPro is
PanelPro is a standardized, self-serve SaaS software product made of a Chrome extension, web dashboard, account system, AI usage quota, templates, local notes, and team management features. PanelPro helps users analyze visible webpages, summarize information, extract context, generate drafts, and save work output.
PanelPro does not sell custom software development, IT support, consulting, managed operations, agency fulfillment, manual task completion, or outsourced work. Users purchase software access and usage quota, not a manual delivery result.
PanelPro is a productivity tool and does not replace legal, financial, medical, tax, advertising-platform compliance, or other professional advice.
2. Accounts and login
You must ensure that you are authorized to use the email address, Google account, or login method used for PanelPro. You are responsible for protecting your account and for activity under it.
3. Acceptable use
You may use PanelPro only for lawful, user-controlled browser workflows where you have permission to view, process, or save the relevant content. You may not use PanelPro to:
- Violate laws, platform rules, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or contractual obligations;
- Access, extract, or process private data that you are not authorized to access;
- Bypass technical limits, platform protections, account security systems, or review processes;
- Send spam, phishing content, malware, harassment, or deceptive content;
- Create, distribute, or assist adult sexual content, sexual exploitation, deepfakes, face swaps, non-consensual intimate content, or content that violates personal rights;
- Use PanelPro as a tool for scraping, cracking, copying, redistributing, or bypassing copyright or access controls on third-party platforms;
- Use PanelPro for gambling, crypto speculation, lending, financial return promises, medical diagnosis, legal conclusions, or automated decisions in other regulated high-risk activities;
- Upload highly sensitive data without authorization;
- Interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of PanelPro or third-party services.
4. AI output
PanelPro may use AI models to generate answers, summaries, suggestions, and drafts. AI output is for work assistance only and may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances. AI output is not professional, legal, financial, medical, tax, advertising-platform policy, or compliance advice. You should review output before relying on it, publishing it, sending it, or using it for business decisions.
PanelPro is an independent software product and may connect to third-party AI models or compatible APIs through backend configuration. Unless expressly stated, PanelPro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party AI model provider.
5. User content and page context
You may submit questions, current page titles, page domains, visible webpage text snippets, selected-region DOM text, user-selected screenshots, OCR text, notes, app version, locale, and other workflow context to PanelPro. You retain ownership of your content and are responsible for what you input, select, or upload for AI analysis. You authorize PanelPro to process this content as needed to provide, protect, troubleshoot, and improve the software, subject to our Privacy Policy.
6. Browser extensions and permissions
PanelPro browser extensions may request permissions such as activeTab, storage, tabs, screenshots, OCR, or page interaction depending on the feature. We aim to use permissions in a limited and transparent way. See the Extension Permissions page for more information.
7. Plans, subscriptions, and billing
PanelPro may offer Free, Pro, Team, Scale, or other plans. Plans may include different software access rights, AI usage quotas, templates, local notes, team management features, and product support levels. Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider or Merchant of Record. PanelPro does not store full card numbers.
Unless stated otherwise in writing, subscription fees purchase PanelPro software access and usage quota only. They do not include manual implementation, custom development, IT support, consulting, managed operations, or agency delivery.
8. Refunds and cancellation
Refunds, subscription cancellation, and plan changes are governed by the Refund Policy. After paid subscriptions are connected, users should handle cancellation, billing, and refund requests through the Dashboard, the payment provider's customer portal, or onespacebox@gmail.com.
9. Service changes
For product improvement, security, compliance, cost management, or abuse prevention, we may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue certain software features. We try to avoid unnecessary interruptions but do not guarantee that service will always be uninterrupted.
10. Third-party services
PanelPro may integrate AI models, browser stores, email delivery, payment processing, website hosting, databases, analytics tools, or security tools. The policies, availability, and data handling of third-party tools are not fully controlled by PanelPro.
11. Intellectual property
The PanelPro website, software, design, brand, workflows, and documentation are owned by PanelPro or its licensors. Without permission, you may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute PanelPro services.
12. Termination
You may stop using PanelPro at any time. If you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, abuse the service, fail to pay fees, or use PanelPro in a way that may harm PanelPro, other users, or third parties, we may suspend or terminate your access.
13. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PanelPro is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that AI output will be fully accurate, that service will be uninterrupted, or that it will meet every business need.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PanelPro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, business interruption, or goodwill.
15. Updates to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will try to notify users through the website, Dashboard, email, or product interface. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
