Privacy Policy

Privacy-conscious browser workflows.

PanelPro is designed around user control, visible page context, and permission-conscious browser workflows.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how PanelPro ("PanelPro", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website, browser extensions, AI workspace, dashboard, APIs, and related software product.

2. Information we collect

  • Account data: email address, account identifiers, password hashes, Google login identifiers, session token hashes, selected plan, desired plan, quota, and usage status.
  • Browser workflow content: user questions, current page title, current page domain, visible page text snippets, selected region DOM text, user-selected screenshots, OCR text, notes, and related workflow context.
  • Usage and diagnostics: feature type, request mode, success or failure state, error codes, app version, locale, timestamps, optional anonymous telemetry, and limited page metadata used for troubleshooting and product improvement.
  • Billing and plan data: selected plan, payment provider references, subscription status, transaction metadata, and billing support information. Full card details are handled by payment providers and are not stored by PanelPro.
  • Technical data: IP-derived request metadata, browser or device information, logs, and security-related events.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide AI page analysis, summarization, extraction, generation, local notes, account management, subscriptions, quota controls, billing support, abuse prevention, debugging, product improvement, and legal or platform compliance.

4. AI processing

When you use cloud AI workflows, PanelPro may send your question, current page title, current page domain, visible page text snippets, selected region DOM text, user-selected screenshot, app version, locale, and related workflow data to configured AI models. Model API keys are stored server-side and are not exposed to browser extensions or frontend users.

Screenshots are captured and processed only after the user actively selects a region and triggers the relevant feature. PanelPro does not upload full browsing history by default.

5. Browser extension permissions

PanelPro companion extensions may process the current active tab, screenshots selected by the user, OCR content, tab sessions, or locally stored settings depending on the feature. We aim to request only permissions needed for the feature.

6. What we do not do by default

  • We do not sell user data by default.
  • We do not require users to store model API keys inside the Chrome extension.
  • We do not intentionally collect passwords, cookies, full payment card numbers, private account credentials, or sensitive form fields from webpages.
  • We do not upload screenshots or page content unless the user uses a feature that submits that content to the Service.

7. Service providers

We may use third-party tools for hosting, database, AI model access, email delivery, authentication, analytics, payment processing, and security. These tools process information on our behalf or under their own terms depending on the product.

8. Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers or merchants of record, such as Creem or another provider shown at checkout. They may collect payment details, billing address, tax information, fraud signals, and transaction records. PanelPro receives limited payment metadata needed to manage access, subscriptions, invoices, refunds, and support.

9. Cookies and local storage

PanelPro may use browser local storage, session storage, or cookies to keep users logged in, remember account state, support dashboard workflows, and maintain product preferences. Browser extensions may also use browser storage for settings and local workflow data.
