Refund Policy

Clear rules for refunds and cancellation.

This policy explains how PanelPro handles refunds, subscription cancellation, billing issues, and plan changes.

This Refund Policy applies to PanelPro standardized SaaS paid plans and subscriptions. Users purchase software access, AI usage quota, templates, local notes, and team management features, not manual services or custom delivery. If you buy through a third-party payment provider or Merchant of Record, that provider may process refunds on our behalf and may apply its payment processing rules.

1. Free plan

PanelPro may offer a Free plan or limited trial features. Free access does not involve payment, so monetary refunds do not apply.

2. Subscription cancellation

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless stated otherwise, you can usually continue using paid features through the end of the current paid billing period. After paid subscriptions are connected, users can request cancellation through the Dashboard, the payment provider's customer portal, or onespacebox@gmail.com.

3. First purchase refund window

After your first purchase of a paid PanelPro subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days if the software does not fit your needs. Email onespacebox@gmail.com with your account email, purchase date, plan, and refund reason.

4. Renewal payments

Renewal payments are usually not refundable after a new billing period begins. If you believe a renewal charge was made in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review it.

5. Usage and abuse

Refund requests may be denied if there is abuse, violation of the Terms of Service, heavy usage inconsistent with the refund request, fraud, malicious chargebacks, or resale of access.

6. Duplicate charges and billing errors

If you are charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged after confirmed cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Verified billing errors will be corrected or refunded.

7. Downgrades and plan changes

If you downgrade your plan, the change usually takes effect in the next billing period. We generally do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle downgrades, but may review special cases.

8. No manual delivery refund promise

PanelPro is a standardized SaaS software product and does not provide custom software development, IT support, consulting, managed operations, agency fulfillment, or manual task completion. This policy therefore does not include any promise tied to manual service delivery results.

9. Refund method

Approved refunds are usually returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on the payment provider, card network, bank, and country or region, and may take several business days.

10. Chargebacks

If you have a billing issue, contact us first so we can help. Initiating a chargeback may cause your account to be suspended while the dispute is reviewed.
