Effective date: May 18, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and PanelPro ("PanelPro", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website, browser extensions, AI workspace, dashboard, APIs, or related software product (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.
1. What PanelPro does
PanelPro is a standardized, self-serve SaaS product made of a Chrome extension, web dashboard, account system, AI usage quotas, templates, local notes, and team management features. PanelPro helps users analyze visible webpages, summarize information, extract useful context, generate drafts, and save work outputs.
PanelPro does not sell custom software development, IT support, consulting, managed services, agency fulfillment, done-for-you work, or outsourced human-delivered work. Customers purchase software access and usage quotas, not human-delivered results.
PanelPro is a productivity tool. It is not a replacement for professional legal, financial, medical, tax, advertising platform compliance, or policy advice.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. If you use Google login or email verification code login, you must control the email account used to access PanelPro.
3. Acceptable use
You may use PanelPro only for lawful, user-controlled browser workflows and only for content you are allowed to access, process, or store. You must not use PanelPro to:
- violate laws, platform rules, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or contractual obligations;
- access, extract, or process private data that you are not authorized to access;
- bypass technical restrictions, platform protections, account security systems, or review processes;
- run spam, phishing, malware, credential theft, deception, harassment, or abusive automation;
- create, distribute, or assist adult sexual content, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, deepfakes, face manipulation, or identity-abusive content;
- operate as a tool for scraping, bypassing access controls, copying, republishing, or redistributing third-party platform content without authorization;
- support gambling, crypto speculation, lending, investment-return promises, medical diagnosis, legal conclusions, or other regulated high-risk automated decisions;
- upload highly sensitive data unless you have authority to do so and understand the risks of cloud AI processing;
- interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of PanelPro or third-party services.
4. AI outputs
PanelPro may use AI models to generate answers, summaries, suggestions, and drafts. AI outputs are for workflow assistance only and may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific situation. AI outputs are not professional, legal, financial, medical, tax, advertising platform, or compliance advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, publishing them, sending them, or using them in business decisions.
PanelPro is an independent software product that may connect to third-party AI models or compatible APIs through backend configuration. Unless expressly stated, PanelPro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party AI model provider.
5. User content and page context
You may submit questions, current page title, current page domain, visible webpage text snippets, selected region DOM text, user-selected region screenshots, OCR text, notes, app version, locale, and other workflow context to the Service ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content and are responsible for the content you input, select, or upload for AI analysis. You grant PanelPro a limited license to process User Content only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the software features, subject to our Privacy Policy.
6. Browser extensions and permissions
PanelPro companion extensions may request browser permissions such as active tab access, storage, tabs, screenshots, OCR, or page interaction permissions depending on the module. We aim to use permissions in a permission-conscious way. More details are available on our Extension Permissions page.
7. Plans, subscriptions, and billing
PanelPro may offer Free, Pro, Team, Scale, or other plans. Paid plans may include different software access rights, AI usage quotas, templates, local notes, team controls, and product support levels. Prices, quotas, and features may change, but changes will not reduce already-paid access during the then-current billing period unless required for legal, security, or abuse-prevention reasons.
Unless separately stated in writing, subscription fees purchase access to the PanelPro software platform and usage quotas only. They do not include consulting, implementation, custom software development, IT support, managed services, agency fulfillment, or human-delivered work.
Where payments are processed by a merchant of record or payment provider, that provider may collect payment details, taxes, billing information, and transaction data under its own terms and privacy notices. PanelPro does not store full card numbers.
8. Refunds and cancellation
Refunds, cancellations, and subscription changes are governed by our Refund Policy. After paid subscriptions are connected, users should manage cancellation, billing, and refund requests through the Dashboard, the payment provider's customer portal when available, or by contacting onespacebox@gmail.com.
9. Service availability and changes
We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the software as the product evolves, to maintain security, to comply with law, to manage costs, or to prevent abuse. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
10. Third-party services
PanelPro may integrate with AI providers, browser stores, email providers, payment providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, or other third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services, policies, outages, or data handling outside our control.
11. Intellectual property
PanelPro, including its website, software, design, branding, workflows, and documentation, is owned by PanelPro or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of PanelPro intellectual property. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service except as allowed by law or by written permission from us.
12. Confidentiality and team use
If you use PanelPro for a team or client workflow, you are responsible for ensuring that your team members have authority to process the relevant page content, screenshots, notes, and outputs. You are also responsible for internal policies about client data, employee access, and retention.
13. Termination
You may stop using PanelPro at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, misuse the Service, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the Service in a way that may harm PanelPro, other users, or third parties.
14. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that AI outputs will be accurate, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that it will meet every business requirement.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PanelPro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Service.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the website, dashboard, email, or product interface. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
